In the same way “fast fashion” in the clothing industry has left negative impacts on our planet, fast furniture has become more commonplace; trading cost savings on cheap materials and expendable furniture, at the expense of our planet and the environment. Furniture is art. It is an investment, and we want to help change the way the world perceives its value.

At Aberdeen Studio, we believe that furniture should be made to last, with an extreme attention to detail and with as little impact on the environment as possible. Whether sourcing lumber from locally fallen trees or finding newer and more environmentally friendly finishes, we strive to be intentional and mindful of our work and how it is created.
