FABRICATOR

POSITION: FABRICATOR

JOB ROLE:

• Works with Lead Fabricator to create furniture, cabinetry, and custom millwork.

• Responsible for all woodworking, milling,project assembly.

• Ensures that project deadlines and qualitystandards are met.

• Weekly tool and equipment maintenance.

• Assist in shop organization and flow.

REQUIRED SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of woodworking experience.

• Understanding and ability to read andtranslate shop drawings.

• Extensive knowledge of woodworking tools and their upkeep.

• Self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to growth.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

SUPPLEMENTAL SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior cabinet and furniture making experience.

• Strong computer and program skills.

• High school diploma.

• Ability to organize a daily workload by priority.

COMMITMENT: Full Time

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• $22-$28/hr based on experience

• 120 hours flexible PTO
